Nearly all of our work is done on customer-supplied actions with some or all customer-supplied parts. The first step of our process is thoroughly cataloging the parts received from the customer. By taking the time to document all customer parts we help to ensure all the work that follows is able to proceed smoothly and without surprises or interruption.
